Bright cinnamon stick on the nose into baked pineapple compote entice the drinker into a delightfully wood-touched agave. Just enough time on wood really allows for this play of spice to be expressed by the agave ending in a sparkle of fresh cracked black pepper.
Reposado, or rested tequila is traditionally aged for two months. But we allow our Reposado to rest for 11 months in aged oak barrels. The taste is mellow and rich, with subtle wood tones and a hint of sweetness. This tequila is perfect on the rocks.
